Cancellation and Refunds

We allow Scheduled Bookings of certain services up to 30 days in advance. Cancellation shall be acceptable only if the Customer informs the Company within the permitted cancellation window.

For Bookings scheduled for the same day after 12:00 PM, cancellation shall be acceptable only if the Customer informs the Company at least 4 (Four) hours prior to the scheduled time. For Bookings scheduled before 12:00 PM on the following day, cancellation shall be acceptable only if the Customer informs the Company before 4:00 PM on the previous working day. Any cancellation made after such period shall not be entertained and the Company shall be entitled to receive the entire amount of the Booking placed by the Customer.

The Customer may cancel either through the Website interface or by contacting the Company through phone. In the case of cancellation through phone, the Customer shall provide the Booking ID and Bill ID for verification.

Refunds will be processed to the same debit card, credit card, UPI, or bank account used for payment. Refunds will not be issued through any other mode.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days, subject to the timelines of your bank or payment provider.
