Cancellation and Refunds


We allow Scheduled Booking of certain services up to 30 days in advance. Cancellation shall be acceptable only if the Customer informs the Company within 48 hours of the Booking in the case of Scheduled Bookings. 3% cancellation charges will be applicable on the total amount of invoice.

The cancellation of any other Booking made by you should be cancelled within 10 (Ten) minutes of the Booking. Any cancellation made after such period of 10 minutes shall not be entertained and we shall be entitled to receive the entire amount of the Booking placed by you.

The Customer must contact us through phone in case of cancellation and refund.

The refund amount will be sent to the respective debit card/credit card/account from where payment was made and amount will not be refundable by any other mode.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Absence at the requested address during the requested time for Home Collections will be considered an act of cancellation made after the allowed time period for such cancellations (10 minutes or 48 hours depending on type of Booking) and we will be entitled to the entire amount.

The booking will be considered void unless the user/customer communicates with us within 4 hours of the requested time for the Home Collection explaining their absence. The service can then be availed by the user/customer in person at one of centers in such a case subject to our discretion.
